TECHNICAL STUDIES

Technical studies will be focused on building design, structure element and sustainable strategies. The sectional perspective will be portrayed in order to show the connection and spacing of every spaces in the design. Technical aspects such as Bomba requirements and rules based on Uniform Building By Laws 1984 are important to be abided to in order to design a safe and suitable building for user. Also, the design of structure elements for this building will be shown through the construction details and technical drawings.
