Proposed site area : 2.65 acres
The site is located within Bangsar South area, right beside the Federal Highway. The whole Bangsar South is in 60 acres fully integrated with residential and commercial with a host of retails, services and recreational facilities such as community lifestyle centre and central parks.
In 2010, Bangsar South was recognised as the MSC Malaysia Cybercentre by the Malaysian government. There are 2 LRT stations located nearby to the site were Universit station and Kerinchi station. Kerinchi station is just opposite of the Federal Highway and is linked to the proposed site with a long pedestrian beidge.
The proposed site area currently is 2.65 acres and bounded by the pedestrian bridge from Kerinchi LRT station and Federal Highway.
Implication of the narratives
This narrative shows that the proposed site has series of potential characteristics that are yet to be investigated, in order to turn this proposed site into a social learning hub for people stop-by. The existing routes for both pedestrian and vehicle seem to be the prominent feature for the site that are worth to develop into more connected to every corner of Bangsar South.
